- name, model, color and size of returned/exchanged product
- information whatever You want to return or exchange the product (if the exchange is needed, please state precisely what product should be sent instead)
- information about the method of refund (in case of returning or exchanging for the cheaper product)
- information about the method of extra charge (in case of exchanging for the more expensive product)
Having these information is crucial to make the refund/exchange process quick and easy.

We politely ask to put the correct address and to pack the products properly, in order to not damage it during the transport. In case of putting the wrong address the customer is obliged to cover all costs connected with shipping.
We also ask to include the invoice/bill that was included and getting familiar with our Product Testing policy which clearly states that the Returned/Exchanged product should be in perfect condition.
