The Big is a fat twin tip that not only is good in the air, but is a great all mountain ski. In fact, many of our athletes use this ski for ripping around at a resort. Bomber construction with a wood core, full vertical sidewalls for strength and Spring Blade technology in the tail add liveliness and pop ability, while still being a great choice for all mountain skiing.

Dynastar 6th Sense Big (186): This is the Big Trouble, just renamed. One word. Wow. This is the ski I should have bought instead of my Watea's, I think. This was a very fun ski. Handled well enough on the firmer sections as well as the piles of fresh snow that were building up. Felt very nimble and responsive, yet much more stable than my wateas when things were a little crunchy or uneven. Enough sidecut to come around quickly, but not squirrely at all when running flat. This just did everything I asked it to do, and felt comfortable and easy doing it. Now, I didn't get to test it in a very wide range of conditions, but today this was the winner.

• Vertical Sidewall Construction: starting with a low density wood core, additional materials such as fiber or Titanal are added. Provides optimum blend of fled and torsional rigidity. This is a powerful and strong construction that allows for maximum versatility in ski design.
• Spring Blade Technology: multiple layers of fiberglass with different lengths provide a sheering effect in the tail. When put under load, it gives the ski extra boost for airs and absorbs shocks when landing.
• Wood Core: flexible, strong and lightweight.
• VHMW Base: a very fast base with graphite additives. Has quick acceleration and high-top end speed.
