TwoTip online shop available at www.twotip.com carried out by SPOKO BRAND Mirosław Ragan, inscribed in Katowice Enterprise Filling System with number 84988. The main office is located in Katowice, Chorzowska 108. We are registered with the VAT number: 517-012-98-18, Regon: 180177693.

Personal data protection:

1. Personal data collected from the customers of www.twotip.com are processed by  SPOKO BRAND Mirosław Ragan located in Katowice, Chorzowska 108.
2. Collected personal informations are used only for the purpose of:
   Accomplishing an agreement if only the customer will agree for processing his data to inform him about new products, services and special deals offered at TwoTip.
3. Personal data are not shared with other entities for any marketing purposes.
4. Every customer has a right to access and edit his personal data -  after the registration this option will be available at  My Account page. Collected information are processed and protected according to the mandatory rules of common law.

Product photos and descriptions:

1. All photos, graphics and products` description are the property of TwoTip shop and the people who agreed for its use. Detailed copyright info can be found here.
2. All photos and descriptions are prepared in such way to illustrate their real appearance and specification. In any case when the product will not fulfill the customer expectations, the customer can benefit from our “Shopping Guarantee” according to rules stated here.

Prices:

1. All prices at  www.twotip.com are gross prices given in PLN or EURO – dependent  on the selected language version.
2. The price of the product becomes obliging in the moment of placing and order.

Orders:

1. All informations at  TwoTip website are not consider as an offer in the apprehension of Civil Law. All information about the products, photos, catalogs, flayers, banners, ads and other promotional info directed to customers are only an invitation to start negotiations.
2. TwoTip online shop conducts retail sales via Internet. The orders are collected through the www.twotip.com site. The orders are processed in the order of their placing.
3. All products available at TwoTip are brand new, free of any defects and were legally brought to polish market.
4. All prices at www.twotip.com are gross prices (include VAT tax). The price of the product becomes obliging in the moment of placing and order.
5. Each product is sold with a receipt or VAT invoice (with the customer request).
6. The information about processing the order, given by TwoTip online shop, on the basis of both side agreement, sent via e-mail is unequivocal with purchase agreement

Delivery:

1. All orders are shipped by UPS courier or Polish Post office. There is an option of personal collect at the TwoTip office. All details connected with the delivery can be found here. The buyer is obliged to cover all shipping costs according the the price list here.
2. Within every product an approximate time of the delivery is given. It informs how many working days are necessary  to deliver the product. If it turns out that the time of delivery will be longer, we will inform the customer about the delay.
   
   Time of receiving the package = time of processing the order + time of the delivery
   
   In case of Money Transfer paying option the time of delivery is prolonged with the time of processing the money transfer.
3. In case of personal collection, the ordered product should be picked up at the TwoTip office within 7 working days since placing the order online. The order which will not be collected in the given time will be canceled. In case of orders which need longer time to process, the personal collect should be conducted  within the 7 working days counting from the day of receiving the information that the order is ready.

Paying options:

1. There are few payment options available:
   Cash on delivery – you pay the whole amount when the shipping arrives.
   
   Money transfer –  you transfer the money to our bank account, the goods are shipped as soon as we acknowledge the whole amount on the account.
   
   Electronic card payment – through WorldPay payments system.

Returns:

1. According to Polish law, and the regulations of consumer law, every individual buying at our  shop has the right to return the products within ten days from the moment of receiving the shipment (reference: Dz. U. Nr 22, poz. 271) without giving any reason. These regulations refer only to an individual consumer. In case of commercial agreements the trade law applies.
2. Warranty, and the right to withdraw from the agreement do not apply when a product is damaged or battered by any outside interference. Therefore, always check if the package is not damaged when you receive the shipment from the courier. Especially, you should check if the labels and seals have not been removed. In case, when the package is damaged or the seals and tapes are breached, you should make a shipping failure protocol in presence of the courier and contact the shop as soon as possible. Checking the package is a crucial  for later dealing with any  cases of damaging or theft during shippment.
3. You can find detailed information on withdrawing form the agreement in "Product testing". Return or exchange of the goods is being processed accordingly to rules and regulations of  Returns.

Warranty:

1. TwoTip is responsible for the product for two years from the moment of purchasing the product by the customer. The customer loses the right to claim warranty if in two years time he will not inform the shop about the discrepancy between the flawed product and the agreement. In case of a non consumer agreement, the 556-576 bill in Polish Civil Code are excluded.
2. Warranty entitles the customer for having the flawed product fixed or replaced. If the shop will not be able to fulfill the customer's claim, the customer can ask for price reduction or withdrawing from the agreement.

Promotions:

1. All special offers available at www.twotip.com are valid only through fixed period of time or until end of stock.
2. TwoTip stipulates the right to change or to remove particular special deal offer at any time.
3. TwoTip customer is bound to all special offers that are currently available at www.twotip.com.

Final provisions:

1. Placing an order is equal to accepting our regulations and shop policy.
2. In case if argument occurs, it will be solved by the court nearest to the seat of SPOKO BRAND Miroslaw Ragan company.
3. The shop does not take responsibility for any inconveniences caused by technical problems  (server maintenance, equipment exchange etc) or problems caused by outside factors.
4. This document shall come in effect in with the day of it\'s publication and will be valid for an undefined period of time.
5. SPOKO BRAND Mirosław Ragan reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
